Refund Policy

Our goal at Awaken Stars is to make sure you have a great shopping experience with us.  We also love for our customers to enjoy the products they purchase from awakenstars.com

But if for any reason, you would like to return your purchased product(s), or request a refund, then do not worry.  We refund all items, including sale items.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. 

We know you will love your purchase from us, and we are backing it up with this guarantee to make it hassle and risk free for you. 

To request a refund, you can contact us directly at awakenstarstore@gmail.com and we will make sure you receive your full refund.  All you need is a receipt or some other proof of purchase and to return the item in the same condition that you received it.

 

RETURNS 

Once your return is received and inspected (to make sure the product(s) were purchased from awakenstars.com and are in their original condition), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
